All communication, scheduling, and online interactions for WUAV meetings, exhibitors, visitors, and partners will be fully coordinated and controlled by AI Rise. This ensures secure, organized, and professional engagement across all channels.

AI Rise acts as the official communication hub, handling all messages, meeting requests, confirmations, and updates. Participants are required to use the AI Rise system for all interactions to maintain clarity and prevent miscommunication.

Scheduling & Online Interaction Control

All online meeting bookings, time slot confirmations, virtual room access, and support services are processed exclusively through AI Rise. This ensures an orderly, fair, and transparent scheduling system for all participants.

Restriction on Direct Contact Sharing

To protect privacy and maintain professional standards, direct personal contact sharing is not allowed. No phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp, or WeChat IDs may be exchanged. All communication must remain within the AI Rise platform.
