Mr. Zaeem Shiko is a global business leader and technology strategist with over two decades of experience across UAV systems, artificial intelligence, smart agriculture, defense supplies, industrial relocation, and cross-border trade ecosystems. As the President of the World UAV Federation – Pakistan Chapter, he is spearheading Pakistan’s emergence as a regional hub for the global low-altitude economy, strategically bridging China, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Through his leadership of AIM (Advance Industrial Materials Co. Ltd.) and Guangdong SinoPak Agro Corp (GDSP), Mr. Shiko has successfully built multi-sector alliances with Chinese state-owned enterprises, top global OEMs, and academic institutions, enabling technology transfer, R&D collaboration, and industrial relocation under CPEC-II and the Belt & Road Initiative.

Vice Chairmen and Secretary General (副主席兼秘书长 )
The World UAV Federation (WUAVF) is supported by a team of distinguished Vice Chairmen and a dedicated Secretary General, who work alongside Chairman Mr. Yang Jincai to guide the organization’s strategic direction and oversee its daily operations. The Vice Chairmen, including Professor Lan Yubin from China, Mr. Jani Hirvinen from Finland, and Mr. Jonathan Evans, bring a wealth of international experience and expertise to the federation, contributing to its global perspective and influence
Their diverse backgrounds and deep understanding of the UAV industry in their respective regions are invaluable in shaping the WUAVF’s policies and initiatives. The Secretary General, Mr. Norman Ng, served as the project leader for the establishment of the WUAVF in 2017 and continues to play a crucial role in the organization’s success
His leadership and organizational skills have been instrumental in building the federation’s international network of chapters and ensuring the smooth execution of its numerous programs and events.
The collective leadership of the Vice Chairmen and the Secretary General is essential to the WUAVF’s ability to fulfill its mission of promoting the global development of the UAV industry. They are responsible for fostering collaboration among the federation’s 39 international chapters, which span across continents and represent a diverse range of cultures and regulatory environments
Chairman & Founder: Mr. Yang Jincai ( 董事长兼创始人 )
His deep knowledge of artificial intelligence and big data, combined with his extensive experience in the UAV industry, has made him a sought-after expert and a key advisor to both industry and government. Under his guidance, the WUAVF has successfully organized numerous high-profile events, including seven consecutive Drone World Congresses and eight sessions of the International UAV Expo, which have attracted thousands of participants from over 140 countries
At the helm of the World UAV Federation (WUAVF) is its esteemed Chairman and Founder, Mr. Yang Jincai, a visionary leader and a prominent figure in the global UAV industry
With a deep passion for technology and a keen understanding of the transformative potential of unmanned systems, Mr. Yang established the WUAVF in June 2017, with the official unveiling ceremony taking place in Shenzhen, China, on October 31, 2017
As the driving force behind the federation, Mr. Yang has played a leading and influential role in promoting professionalism and fostering the growth of the UAV industry, not only in his home country of China but also across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond
His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the WUAVF into a globally recognized organization that serves as a vital bridge between industry stakeholders and government agencies, harmonizing regulations and advancing the adoption of drone technology
Mr. Yang’s commitment to the industry is further demonstrated by his role as the Chairman of the World Drone Congress, an annual event that has become a premier platform for international collaboration and innovation in the UAV sector
Mr. Yang Jincai’s expertise and contributions to the field have earned him numerous accolades and positions of distinction. He is a Foreign Member of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and holds honorary professorships at several prestigious institutions, including the People’s Public Security University of China, Beihang University, and Shenzhen Technology University

Board of Consultants (顾问委员会)
The World UAV Federation (WUAVF) is guided by a prestigious Board of Consultants, a group of internationally recognized experts who provide invaluable advice and strategic counsel to the organization. This esteemed panel includes Professor Shen Chulin and Professor Lan Yubin from China, Mr. Craig Davidenko from the United States, Mr. Jani Hirvinen from Finland, and Mr. Phongthep Thepkanjana from Thailand
Each member of the Board of Consultants brings a unique set of skills and a deep well of knowledge to the table, drawn from their extensive experience in academia, industry, and government.
